alphanumeric characters and
must include at least one alpha
character. Your PIN must be
6 numbers.

Select and application type. Choose #7 - USU Eastern First Time from the drop-down list.
*This step is important otherwise
your application may be delayed.

Complete the application by following the directions on the screen.

Pay $40.00 application fee.
*You must pay the application fee
online by clicking the "Submit
Payment" button at the end of the
application process.

Send or have sent:
Official high school transcript
or GED verification.*
An official copy of ACT or SAT scores.
If the tests have not been taken
arrange for the ACCUPLACER
test with the USU Eastern Testing
Center, 613-5325.
Any official transcripts from each
college or university where you
have credits.
