USU Eastern Preschool Lab School
“Life is a journey, not a race!”
The department of Education and Family, Consumer and Human Development offers a comprehensive preschool program for students’ age’s three to five. The Lab preschool is designed to carry out developmentally appropriate activities in the areas of social, emotional, physical and intellectual development. Activities center on researched best practices for young child which include learning through self-initiated play.
The preschool is part of the education, early childhood course of study. As such, college students will observe practices in the preschool and teach a variety of lessons to preschoolers under the supervision of the lead teacher.
Parents are welcome to observe and participate in classroom experiences.
(Child must be 3 by September 1 and potty trained)
(Child must be 4 by September 1)
TUITION & CLASS TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE FROM YEAR TO YEAR.
*Admission into the program is based on a first come first admitted system.
