I understand there is a $400.00 Contract Breakage Fee that will be applied to my student account.
*Check Out Appointment
I understand it is my responsibility to contact my Resident Advisor at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a checkout appointment.
*Cleaning Responsiblity
I understand that it is my responsibility for cleaning prior to vacating and charges may be assessed if extra cleaning is required.
*Damage Responsibility
I understand I will be responsible for any damages or missing items at time of checkouts. I also understand that I will return all housing keys when I checkout.
*Properly Check Out
Failure to properly check out with Residence Life staff will result in a $100 improper checkout fee and billing for accrued rent and any additional cleaning or damage charges.
