Thumbs Up for Upward Bound
USU Eastern Upward Bound Program was funded again for the next five years with a grant of $1.25 million.
This program allows USU Eastern to work with 60 students from Carbon, Emery and Grand Counties, providing services intended to prepare eligible high school students for college.
