USU Eastern was established in 1937 and operates under the Utah State Board of Regents. It is accredited by the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges. 

Credits earned at USU Eastern are transferable to other institutions of higher learning in the United States. USU Eastern students can earn an Associate of Science or Art Degree, Associate of Applied Science, or Certificate of Completion Degree. USU Eastern graduates can transfer the Associate of Science or Art Degree to institutions of higher education throughout the United States.

Student danceUSU Eastern is located in Price, Utah. Price is a rural community near the red rocks of Utah’s canyon country, the majestic Wasatch Mountains, and many points of interest. All five of Utah’s National Parks are within an easy drive from the USU Eastern campus. We have four distinct seasons with few extreme temperatures. Price and its surrounding communities have a population of just over 21,000.
