Orientation

Summer / Fall 2024 Incoming Students

The New Student Orientation process contains five modules that are designed to give you relevant information at the correct time.

Module one opens in February, and module five will be completed during your first semester at USU Eastern.

Incoming students can register for classes in April based on earned credit hours on their Utah State transcript, but all incoming students have a registration hold and must complete module two prior to registering for classes.

Mission or Military Service
Students on a leave for mission or military service can catch up with all modules when they return, even if that is very close to the start of the semester. Parents and delegates who will be helping these students register for classes can go through the orientation, as needed. If you are leaving for or returning from a leave, check out the tutorials at https://www.usu.edu/retention/nol/ before continuing with orientation.
