Parking Costs & Citations
Parking on USU Eastern's campus is FREE, however all parking rules and regulations must be followed. Violations will result in a citation and a fine.
Pay a Citation
Credit Card Icon Pay online with a credit card.
Envelope Dollar Icon Pay by mail using the yellow envelope in which the citation was issued. Do not mail cash.

Appeal a Citation
If you receive a citation and believe you have grounds for an appeal, the citation must be appealed within 14 calendar days from the date of issuance.
- Use the Citation Appeals form to appeal your citation. The Appeals Officer will reply through email notifying you of their decision.
The Appeals Officer will review your appeal and make one of the following decisions:
- Reduce your fine.
- Grant your appeal and waive the fine.
- Deny your appeal, leaving the fine at the full amount.
The price of the citation is “frozen” until the appeals process is completed.
If the appeal is reduced or denied, you have 14 days to make payment at the reduced or frozen price, after which the fines will follow the schedule.
