About This Degree
Skills for the Heavy Equipment Operator Certificate of Proficiency are competency-based, meaning a skill must be mastered before advancing on to the next skill. The program emphasizes hands-on training with support classes directly related to training. Students will benefit from hands-on equipment experience in addition to state-of-the-art simulators.
