About This Degree
The Automated Manufacturing Certificate of Completion prepares both experienced and inexperienced students with the necessary skills to become maintenance technicians in a multitude of industrial and mechanical environments. This program provides a combination of text work, computer simulation, and one-on-one teacher to student training to prepare students for careers in the field of automation.
This certificate introduces students to relevant topics, such as electrical controls, fluid power systems, industrial mechanics, motor alignment and wiring, PLC programming, robotics, and other technologies relevant to the ever-changing demands of industry.
