The USU Museum of Anthropology is bringing back a favorite for our February Saturdays at the Museum event! Join us on February 7th from 10am-2pm for the History of Chocolate. Learn about chocolate science, the chocolate growing and making process, and the history of how chocolate came to be the treat we know it as today! Free Admission Open-House Style
