USU Eastern Dining Services seeks to provide nutritious, inviting meals in a timely manner with attention to a clean environment for the benefit of our community and campus.

You can choose from either delicious daily meals from the cafeteria or order something yummy from the grill.

Lunch: 11:30 am - 1:30 pm
Dinner: 4:30 - 7:00 pm

Friday
Grill Only: 11:30 am - 7:00 pm

Weekends
Grill Only: 11:30 am - 4:00 pm

Grab and Go
located inside the Welcome Center
Monday - Friday: 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
Weekends: 7:00 am - 10:00 pm
