Biography
I received a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction. I have nine years of various experiences in Texas schools. Personally, I love spending time with my family and three dogs.
Teaching Interests
My current teaching interests include teaching orientation to elementary education, mathematics methods courses for pre-service teachers, and mathematics education graduate courses.
Research Interests
My research primarily focuses on attracting female students to STEM fields and mathematics as embedded in STEM education. Secondary research projects focus on garden-based learning embedded within STEM education.
