Lunch
Traditional lunches include chips, assorted cookies, and assorted sodas. Executive lunches include chips, assorted cookies, fruit tray, assorted sodas, and/or bottled water. Bottled sodas are $1.50 additional if chosen.
Turkey: Thin-sliced turkey and cheddar cheese stacked on sourdough bread with lettuce and tomato.
Ham: Thin-sliced ham and Swiss cheese stacked on white bread with lettuce and tomato.
Veggie: Assorted vegetables stacked on sourdough bread.
Cashew Chicken Salad Croissant: Diced chicken, cashews, celery and grapes tossed with dressing, lettuce and tomato.
Club: Thin-sliced turkey & ham, bacon, Swiss and cheddar cheese stacked on sourdough bread with lettuce and tomato
Portabello Focaccia: Focaccia bread with grilled marinated portabello mushrooms, red onion, sprouts, tomato and provolone cheese.
Chef Salad: Tossed greens topped with ham, turkey, Swiss and cheddar cheese, cucumber, tomato and hard-boiled egg slices.
Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad: Romaine lettuce, croutons, Parmesan cheese, and grilled chicken.
Spring Salad: Romaine and green leaf hearts, tossed with red onion, radish, cucumber, cherry tomato, feta cheese, and sunflower seeds.
Arugula Salad: Arugula tossed with blueberries, pickled onion, cucumber, candied pecans, and feta cheese. Served with a honey mustard lemon dressing.

Classic buffets include choice of one dessert, beverage of choice, and water. Beverage choices include fountain sodas, citrus punch, peach punch, fruit punch, or lemonade. Bottled sodas are $1.50 additional charge if chosen

Large baked potato with sour cream, butter, cheese, chili, broccoli & bacon bits. Served with full salad bar.
Choose from shredded pork, chicken, or beef; black and pinto beans. Served with shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo, corn or flour tortillas, Spanish rice, and tortilla chips with salsa.
For an additional $2 per person, you can choose two meat choices and both corn and flour tortillas.
Your choice of soup: beef chili, chicken noodle, clam chowder, cream of potato, vegetable, vegetarian chili, broccoli cheese, tomato Florentine, or tomato basil. Salad bar: includes tossed green salad, ranch, Italian and raspberry vinaigrette dressings, ham, turkey, shredded cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, dried cranberries, croutons, and freshly baked rolls.
Additional toppings for 75¢ each per person: mandarin oranges, cottage cheese, artichoke hearts, pineapple, or broccoli.
Additional for $3.50 per person: grilled chicken or small chicken salad croissant sandwiches.
Choice of two hot sandwiches: Philly cheese steak, pulled pork, BBQ chicken, or French dip. Served with potato chips, seasonal fruit tray, and your choice of potato, pasta, or tossed green salad.
Penne, fettuccine, spaghetti, and elbow pastas with Bolognese, Alfredo and pesto sauces. Served with a fresh Caesar salad and breadsticks.
Grilled burgers and hotdogs with lettuce, tomato, onions, cheese. Served with chips and pasta or potato salad.
Build your own sandwich comes with the following: thinly sliced turkey, ham, and roast beef, sliced cheddar, provolone, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion. Served with chips and salads.
