Once you have registered for the upcoming semester, you are required to pay all tuition and fees by that semester's deadline. USU uses TouchNet, an online service where you can view bills, make payments, and manage your account any time. You can also set up an authorized user, like a parent or guardian, to access your account and make payments on your behalf.
