Apply for GEAR UP
To begin your application for GEAR UP, please complete the application below with your parent or guardian.
Eligibility
To be eligible for GEAR UP, you must meet either of the two following requirements:
- Be enrolled and attending classes in a Title 1 school in Carbon and Emery Counties (Pinnacle Canyon Academy or Green River High School).
- Be eligible to participate in the Free and Reduced Lunch Program at a school that we service.
