Your student's success is our top priority. We provide academic support, study rooms, lounge areas, activities, dining options, and student wellness programs to give your student the absolute BEST college experience possible.

All the Support

Our residence life staff offers exceptional support to students that they'll only experience by living on campus. All the residence life staff is dedicated to supporting student success. We'll help students navigate difficult feelings of homesickness and uncertainty, assist in resolving any roommate conflicts that may arise, and offer plenty of involvement and leadership opportunities.

Residence Life exists to provide transitional support to students as they adjust to a new living environment, a new social setting, a more challenging world of academics, and a new perspective of themselves and the world around them.

Peace of Mind

Students that live on campus enjoy a wide array of benefits to make their busy lives as simple as possible. They get an unbeatable location that puts them at the front door of everything happening on campus (classes, activities, sporting events, etc.), rather than trying to find a parking space. They'll also enjoy all utilities included in the rent (no additional bills each month), as well as smart TVs in the lounges, internet, and even laundry.

24/7 Maintenance

We are the landlord that everyone else can only dream of. Our facilities staff takes care of maintenance in all the buildings. And if something needs fixing in your student's room or apartment, we'll take care of it ASAP. We have staff on-call around the clock to handle anything that comes up.

Students can submit a maintenance request at any time, and we'll send our staff over to take care of the issue. Students have more important matters to deal with than fixing leaky faucets or replacing light bulbs.

Fully Furnished

All the housing units on campus are furnished, making the transition to college life that much easier. No need to hire a moving crew to haul a couch up three flights of stairs. All units include a bed, desk, chair, and closet. Most apartments include a couch and love seat, coffee table, end tables, and dining chairs. Kitchens are not stocked, so if your student will be doing their own cooking, please plan accordingly.

Safety and Security

At Utah State University Eastern, we take safety seriously. We care deeply about the well-being of our students, faculty, staff, and visitors. We also recognize that the world can be a dangerous place, and that it is important to be prepared.

Fire Alarms, Sprinklers, on-site live-in staff, and assistance from the Campus Police, such as personal safety escorts. You’re safe with us!
