Looking for an amazing, affordable, and engaging place to host your summer camp, conference, or training? USU Eastern offers many options that just can’t be found on other campuses! Equidistant from Moab and its fantastic National Parks, and Utah County’s intriguing shopping and dining options, USU Eastern is the ideal place to host your Summer Program.
For those traveling from outside the immediate area, we offer a variety of on-campus housing options to best suit your needs.
Aaron Jones Hall
This apartment-style hall can house 214 people. Each apartment is fully furnished with a kitchen (stove/oven and sink), multiple bathrooms and 3 bedrooms to each suite. There are 6 beds total in each suite.
This hall is suite-style with one community kitchen in the building (with stove/oven/microwave). Each suite has 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms for up to 8 people. The hall can house 128 in total.
This apartment-style hall is a smaller building that can house 66 people. Each of the 11 apartments can house 6 people and has a kitchen (with stove/oven and sink) and a shared bathroom with shower and tub.
Sessions Hall is a traditional dormitory-style hall which offers the fewest amenities. There are two communal bathrooms and a lounge on each floor. There are 51 rooms which can house 1–2 people, each.
To best fit your needs as an organization, our dining options have been geared to be both the best value, and the best quality for the volume and price.*
Option 1: $20/day
Cost-effective, simple meals to satiate guests, from burgers, sandwiches, and wraps to pasta and salad bars.
Option 2: $22/day
More variety in menu items, like the addition of BBQ ribs and potato bar, for only a slight increase in cost.
Option 3: $24/day
Includes everything in Options 1 and 2, plus gormet options like chicken/eggplant parmesan and herb crusted pork loin.

Also, known as "Little Grand Canyon" is a site to behold on the nearby San Rafael Swell.

Have a picnic and play in the warm-water reservoir.

A hiking, biking, and ATV trail with two waterfalls and an abandoned cabin.
