Think of your academic advisors as your personal success team. Your program advisor helps you develop a study plan and stay on track to graduate. Your local advisor is your contact person for any questions and can link you to student resources.

Financial Support
Federal aid helps make higher education more accessible by providing grants, loans, and work-study opportunities.
Our financial support specialist is here to guide students through applying for and managing aid. At USU Eastern, we also offer money management coaching to help students create budgets, manage debt, and explore ways to increase income.

First Year Experience
First Year Experience at USU Eastern is designed to CONNECT students to campus resources and increase student success.
Our goal is to help students transition into college and ensure they have a successful first year. We aim to provide quality programs that will enhance the student educational experience and encourage them to reach their personal and academic goals.

2024-2025 A-Team
The A-Team mentors work with students as they make the transition from high school to college. This is accomplished through providing campus resources, building positive social and academic relationships, and coordinating events led by the mentors themselves.
Darcey Ferguson
Hi I’m Darcey. This is my second year at USUE. I am a biology major, hoping to continue studying genetics and eventually work in a research lab. You can find me laughing while playing board games, doing mind puzzles, and getting a spare while bowling.
Lexi Gorley
Hello, my name is Alexis (Lexi) Gorley. I am a freshman at USU-E looking to reach my dreams of pursuing my future career goals. I am excited to be experiencing college life and the endeavors it will bring! I love using my creative vision in many of my hobbies, which include drawing, crocheting, scrapbooking, or anything that is hands-on. I enjoy spending quality time with my family in the White Mountains of Arizona, where my passion for life takes me to new and higher places every day.
Savannah Hurst
Hello! My name is Savannah and this is my first year at Eastern! I'm planning on becoming an Elementary Teacher. I love being outdoors and spending time with my family. My favorite season is fall; I love wearing sweatshirts! My favorite holiday is Christmas, and I feel that it truly is the most magical time of year. I'm excited to be part of the peer mentor/ A-team this year! GO EAGLES!

Hello! My name is Mabel! I am from West Valley City, Utah. This is going to be my second year here at USUE. I am looking into earning a degree in Biology. I love spending quality time with my friends and family. I also enjoy participating in outdoor activities such as hiking and running. Lacey Thompson
Hi! My name is Lacey Thompson, and I am a private pilot student at Utah State University Eastern currently working on getting my instrument rating. I grew up in Sandy, Utah and graduated from Alta High School in 2023, meaning this will be my second year at USUE. I enjoy fiber arts such as crocheting and cross-stitching, and I spend lots of time reading. During my time as a peer mentor, I plan to connect with and uplift my fellow students and make everyone feel like they have a place here.

Hi! My name is Grace Thomsen, I am from Morgan, Utah. I am a sophomore here at Eastern. I love being outdoors and spending time with my family. I am working towards being a dental hygienist and plan on getting my associates at USUE. I am looking forward to having the opportunity to be a part of the peer mentor team!

Hi! My name is Katelyn Zeiger! I’m from Helper, Utah, and I am an incoming freshman here at USUE! I love everything to do with the outdoors and nature, especially hiking! I am looking to earn a degree in biology and pursue a career in the science field! We can check the status of your application for admission and help with student records processes, including transcripts and diploma requests. We support athletic eligibility in coordination with the athletics department, appeals documentation, and verifications required by the Registrar's office.

Athletics Eligibility
Transcripts must be submitted to USU Eastern. All transcripts must be official, and electronically sent, emailed, or mailed in a sealed envelope directly from the institution to USU Eastern. Having them sent electronically is the fastest/preferred way. Follow the specific instructions below for each type of transcript.
