Kevin Butler is a dedicated Emery County native with a deep commitment to preserving and improving the community and culture of Eastern Utah. With a balanced background in customer service, marketing, sales, design, and IT, Kevin brings a well-rounded skill set. A graduate of the Eastern Leadership Academy at Utah State University Eastern and Dixie Technical College, he has continuously developed his skills and grown professionally.

Kevin's diverse work experience includes roles in tech, business, and design. Currently, he serves as the Business Resolutions Representative at Emery Telcom and owns and designs for Kolossal Digital Design.

In addition to his professional achievements, Kevin is an active member of the Orangeville City Council, where he strives to make a positive impact on his community. His dedication to building relationships with customers and colleagues alike underscores his commitment to fostering a thriving and supportive environment in Eastern Utah.

Kevin’s favorite part about Eastern Utah is the people who live within its natural beauty. Whenever he has a spare minute, you can find him capturing the beauty of Eastern Utah through photography.

Jaime serves as the Director of Community and Alumni Relations at Utah State University Eastern, where she leads efforts to strengthen relationships between the university, its alumni, and the surrounding community. With a strong background in event planning, donor stewardship, and strategic communication, Jaime is committed to creating meaningful engagement opportunities that support the mission of USU Eastern.

Jaime holds an MBA from the Utah State University Jon M. Huntsman School of Business and brings a unique blend of professionalism, creativity, and heart to her role. She works closely with alumni, community partners, and university leadership to develop impactful programming and outreach initiatives.

Her deep passion for higher education and community-building is evident in every aspect of her work. Whether coordinating large-scale events or writing personal thank-you notes to donors, Jaime’s approach is thoughtful, intentional, and rooted in genuine connection.

Jared is a graduate of the College of Eastern Utah, and he holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, with emphasis in Marketing. Jared has a special interest in international business and nonprofit organizations. Jared is the director for nonprofit organization that develops humanitarian projects in the nation of Belize and also builds/finances schools throughout the Carolina's, Florida, and Arizona. Jared’s favorite hobby is helping and assisting USU Eastern in any capacity.

Larry Jensen is a Carbon County Commissioner. He spent 38 years in construction and sold his interest in Nelco Contractors in 2014. He has also spent 21 years in leadership positions for his church in the Price area. Larry was elected as Carbon County Commissioner in 2019 and is serving a second term.

Larry grew up in Price, Utah, and throughout his youth he loved being outside. During his late teenage years, Larry worked running heavy equipment.

While in high school, he fell in love with LaRae Keller, and married her after serving a mission to the Philippines for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Larry and LaRae have 9 children, two sets of twins, and have 33 grandchildren. Family is most important in their lives.

Lisa was born and raised in Price, Utah. She received her Associates degree from the College of Eastern Utah (CEU) and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Utah. Lisa worked in Salt Lake City for 15 years as an Accountant and HR Benefit Coordinator for Kroger and Mountain America Credit Union. Lisa has over 24 years of administration and accounting experience.

Lisa returned to Price in 2004 with her husband to raise their only child, Hailey. Lisa, along with two business partners, began Flawless Sheeting in 2018, and she currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Flawless Sheeting manufactures metal roofing and trim, they sell and install metal buildings, and they do fabrication for some local businesses.

Lisa served on the Board of Directors for the Carbon County Chamber of Commerce for the past three years, and she currently serves as the President. Lisa loves the Price community, and she has a passion for seeing it grow and succeed.

Casey Wilson is the Owner and Principal Broker of Real Estate Titans in Price. Casey was a member of the inaugural class of the Eastern Leaders Academy. He earned his Associates degree from College of Eastern Utah in 2000 and his Bachelor's degree from the University of Utah in 2002. After living in Salt Lake City for 10 years, Casey returned to Carbon County in 2010 with an increased passion for the local community.
